Our Policy:

A major credit card is required to hold reservation for all spa services. Please notify us at least 24 hrs in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Hundred-percent of the value of your service will be charged for cancelation with less than 24 hr notice or no-shows. If using a gift certificate it will become voided if less than 24 hr cancelation notice or no show.
