Nestled amid scenic Sierra foothills, The Spa posed that eternal question: can a place so idyllic really deliver a professional, quality experience? Gladly, the answer here is yes. The spa offers a wide range of services but my condition required only therapeutic massage. My hour and-a-half experience began with a probing inquiry of past injuries and issues. The proprietor's knowledge of musculature, reflexology and aromatherapy combined for a healing, relaxing massage. I'm going back.

Amazing. Just went for a pedicure with a friend. Stacy was so accommodating. Since she only has one foot tub (which is not a negative at all) she goes above and beyond. Between my friend's pedicure and mine she served us fresh fruits and chips and salsa outside. Overall A+! Don't expect some commercial spa place. This is home grown down to earth amazingness. Extremely clean, professional and relaxing.

Stacy is truly wonderful, she is the sweetest person I have ever met. Her attention to details is wonderful, hot tea, robe, ambiance, and really listens to what you need, she focuses on your problem areas and takes her time, no rushing you out the door and doesn't charge if you go over. She has a cute and private setting and a wonderful touch.  Great prices too!

"I took my daughter for her birthday in May and loved it so much that I took my mom for Mother's Day and then made appointments for myself as well. If you're looking for a full service spa for massages, mani / pedicures and rest and relaxation, this is the place to go. It's so zen & relaxing I could stay all day. There's a pool and a jacuzzi, they do lunches and so much more. My daughter's birthday was on a Sunday so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find any place that was open, the owner was so sweet, she actually made an exception just for my daughter. I'm so glad that we found this spa!"

"I flew in from Canada and spent a full day, 10 am - 7 pm, at Stacey's awe-inspiring spa. I was so impressed with all the choices and the attention to detail to ensure that I had the best spa experience ever! I have had a lot of massages due to a back injury and the massage Stacey gave me was the best I ever had. Sitting by the pool, jacuzzi, tranquil waterfall to the koi fish pond, and the surrounding ten acres of beauty added to the ambiance as I ate a delicious three course lunch. The desserts are to die for! What a wonderful day. I wish I lived in Placerville to have more massages, manicures, pedicures, etc at the Daybreak Spa. You will love Stacey and all the amenities at her fabulous spa."

"Three of us spent a whole day with Stacy, getting manicures, pedicures, massages, trying the sauna machine, chi machine, etc.  For such a small spa, it is very well equipped plus beautifully clean and fresh.  We even had a catered lunch served by  Although a short drive out Newtown Road to Fort Jim Rd, the drive was definitely worth it!
Highly recommend.  Stacy is extremely accommodating and works hard at pleasing people and giving them exactly what they want.
The massage was gentle, relaxing and soothing and definitely the best one I've ever had."

"My daughter gave me a day at this spa for Mother's Day and so she and I went on Saturday, 6/22/13.  I had never experienced a full body massage and I thoroughly enjoyed it.  We had a wonderful lunch poolside and enjoyed the hot tub.  I also got a pedicure and manicure and facial massage.  What a wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable day!!  Stacy was so nice and careful because of a few physical limitations.  I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful Mother's Day experience."

"This place was Great!  I went here for my mom and my aunt's birthday and Stacy was very helpful and nice.  She has a very clean and tidy spa for having a smaller location.  We has a bit of a hiccup with scheduling and who received what treatments but they were resolved quickly and Stacy was very apologetic and accommodating and including membership discounts as compensation for the mishap.  She also provided a fabulous 3 course lunch that was poolside.  We definitely plan on returning."

" I went to The s for a pedicure this morning.  Stacey, the owner, is such a kind and warm person.  She immediately makes you feel at home.  This spa is located at her home on 10 acres.  It is a beautiful setting and the interior is very tasteful and clean.
